So as part of the New Year I have started this blog to show you how one could lose wieght with a few minor changes in their lifestyle. For me working out is a struggle, but it needs to be done to live a healthy life. In my next few posts I will explain to you how I lost the 50 lbs in the past few months and how I am continuing losing the wieght in the coming months. I will try to post atleast once a day, but with work and High School it may get a little hectic!
